Application and compatibility
Describe the business use, installed reader model, chip or protocol, expected read behavior and deployment location. For replacement orders, reference the approved configuration and any permitted changes.
Physical requirements
Specify product model, dimensions, material, color, attachment or adhesive, and the environment. Include temperature, water, cleaning or chemical exposure only as actual project requirements.
Artwork and data
Supply print requirements, artwork availability, numbering, barcodes or QR codes, and encoding rules. State who will approve the artwork proof and who will validate encoded samples.
Commercial scope
Include initial quantity, anticipated repeat volume, sample quantity, required delivery date and destination. Request the applicable minimum order quantity, lead time, freight basis and packaging in the quotation.
Evidence and acceptance
State any required compliance documents, test reports and traceability records in advance. Agree the specific variant and acceptance criteria. Review samples before committing to a production configuration.
