Can you match an existing card or tag?
Start with the reader model, exact chip and current credential specification. Provide a nonproduction sample where available. Matching the appearance or operating frequency alone is not sufficient.
What are your minimum quantities and lead times?
These depend on the product, chip, customization and order quantity. Include initial volume, repeat volume and the required delivery date so these can be confirmed in your quotation.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Include the product, reader model and sample quantity in your request. Sample availability, configuration, cost and shipping are confirmed for the project.
Can you print and encode the products?
Provide artwork, numbering and encoding requirements for review. The available processes depend on the chosen product. Approve a proof and encoded sample before production.
Will every NFC tag work on metal or with every phone?
No. Tag construction, antenna, phone support and placement affect operation. Identify the target devices and surface, then validate the tag in the finished application.
What documentation should I request?
Specify the compliance, material, test and traceability documents your project needs. Availability must be confirmed for the exact finished product; do not infer certification from a chip or family name.
